Who We Are Today, Surrey Association for Community Living is a vibrant, forward looking agency that provides services of the highest possible quality to those who need our support. Individuals can choose from a wide range of options in determining their living arrangements, social activities, employment and volunteer options, as well as participate in day programs designed to support their life goals. Children with special needs are supported through a unique partnership with Surrey Parks and Recreation, which provides access to the recreation programs or their choice. For families with respite needs, we work with each family to provide appropriate, timely respite support from qualified and caring support staff.
