If you are a resident of British Columbia and have a permanent disability, reduced fares are available (this applies to passenger fares only).
A shared-ride public transit service. It uses specially equipped vehicles designed to carry passengers with physical or cognitive disabilities who are unable to use public transit without assistance.
If you’re a
resident with special needs, you may be eligible for a HandyCard. To be
eligible, you must have a permanent physical or cognitive disability that
prevents you from using the public transit system without assistance.
Also, you must reside within the TransLink service region. An attendant
who accompanies and assists a HandyCard holder is eligible to travel free.
