Surrey Association
for Community Living is a community-based agency providing services
and support for people with developmental disabilities in the
City of Surrey.
Historically,
the programs and support services were government funded; however,
changes in funding formulas have resulted in need for the Association
to turn to the community it serves for financial help.
There are
many ways that individuals, service clubs, business, foundations,
