Residential Services We offer residential assistance in a variety of neighbourhoods and settings. Every effort is made to match the needs and preferences of the individual seeking service. This may mean a placement in a private care situation or assistance provided to enable the individual to live with a small compatible group. Surrey Association provides operating services to four residences, Bakerview Court, Barnston House, Eaglecrest and Ridge House. All our staff are guided by an overall philosophy of dignity, human development, autonomy, human relationships, self expression and a sense of responsibility. Individuals determine their personal choice for living arrangements with support from Community Living BC.
