Individual Services This service is for individuals who want to work on a Personal Plan to enhance their life in the community. We support people in developing descriptions of how they want to live and implement and support the plans that are developed. Each individual chooses his or her own path. This includes but is not limited to; Life Skills, Communication Skills, Behaviour skills, Social Skills, Health and Wellness, Education, Employment, and Semi Independent and Independent Living. I’AM Program – Individual Achievement Mentor Individual Services provides programs that are tailored through the person centered planning process. The programs goal is to achieve the outcomes he/she desires, and the future he/she prefers. All programs follow a process to ensure that each individual has the opportunity to follow the path he/she chooses. I’AM may be funded by families, Individualized Funding and CLBC
A.S.D – Autism Spectrum Disorder At the request of an individual and their family with funds through the Autism Funding, we will provide an employee who will provide 1-1 support service. This program is goal oriented and is based on the needs of the individual. The hours are based on funding availability. (Click here for a Link to the Funding referral form) G.O.A.L – Goals and Objectives for an Active Life All Participants are referred by Community Living British Columbia. This year long program is designed to be goal oriented. A Personal Plan is developed by the individual and his/her family with the assistance of a Family Services representative and implemented by a Senior Activity Worker. During this time, the Senior Activity Worker follows the Personal Plan and the activities developed through the goals that have been established. All participants cost for activities will be the responsibility of the family.
